The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has announced the ninth set of Section 301 tariff exclusions for list 1. The exclusions will apply as of the July 6, 2018 to October 2, 2020.
The exclusions are reflected in four specially prepared product descriptions. The USTR has also adjusted tariff subheadings and made other “technical amendments” to previously issued exclusions.
