In a move reminiscent of the Bill Murray classic, “Groundhog Day,” Trans-Pacific ocean carriers are once again postponing implementation of the Peak Season Surcharge and General Rate Increase.

You may recall our January 15 client alert, in which we announced the first time these increases were postponed.

The latest effective dates are listed below. Please note the amounts (all listed in USD) have not changed.
