Mexico, in retaliation to U.S. Section 232 tariffs, has placed additional tariffs on U.S. origin items of 25 percent on steel and 10 percent on aluminum imports, which went into effect June 5. Some tariffs are for items such as pork, cheese, apples, and bourbon will be phased in by July 5, 2018.
