With 32 years of customs brokerage experience, Karen Damon joins Mohawk as Vice President, Regulatory Compliance. Karen is a licensed customs broker and NCBFAA NEI Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) and Certified Export Specialist (CES).
She is an advocate for trade and currently serves as President and board member of the Northern Border Customs Brokers Association. She is an active member of the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America, Inc. (NCBFAA) serving as board member, co-chair of the regulatory agencies committee and area representative of the customs committee.
Karen actively participates in the trade community, including membership in the Trade Support Network and participation in CBP Commercial Customs Operations Advisory Committee (COAC) working groups.
