The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has published the official U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Uniform Regulations, which go into effect on July 1, 2020.
The Uniform Regulations cover the following chapters,
- Chapter 4 Origin Procedures and Rules of Origin
- Chapter 5 Obligations of Importers and Exporters, Origin Procedures
- Chapter 6 Textile and Apparel Goods
- Chapter 7 Customs Administration and Trade Facilitation
