The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has extended 87 product exclusions from list 4A of Section 301 to December 31, 2020.
The rest of the product exclusions—over 100 products—are not being extended and expire as of September 1, 2020, which means these products will incur the 25 percent additional tariff.
