The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) will open an exclusion request portal—at noon on October 31, 2019—where requests can be made for products on Section 301 list 4A. Requests can be filed between October 31, 2019 and January 31, 2020.
Any exclusion will be effective for one year, starting from the September 1, 2019 effective date for Annex A (List 4A) of the August 20, 2019 notice.
