The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) is requesting to go forward with an exclusion process for Section 301 list 3 products. They are seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and are asking it to be given by June 20, 2019. Once approved, they plan to roll out the exclusion request process—hopefully on June 30—and allow 6 months for submissions.
