This year has been one of meaningful progress—both in how we serve our clients and in how we show up for our communities and our planet.

At Mohawk Global, we believe that good business and good stewardship go hand in hand and in 2025, that belief guided some of our most impactful achievements.

This year, we continued to advance our sustainability commitments in ways that support both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility. We expanded our use of AI to streamline internal processes and enhance how we monitor and communicate rapidly shifting tariff policies—ensuring you receive timely, accurate insights when you need them most.

Building on this momentum, our Mohawk Global Container Exchange (MGCX) once again proved to be a smarter, more sustainable alternative to traditional trucking. By combining rail and truck transport in a one-way model, MGCX reduces costs, improves equipment utilization, and significantly cuts carbon emissions.

Our environmental focus extended beyond logistics and into our own backyard. At our Syracuse headquarters, our team cultivated our vegetable gardens, yielding over one ton of fresh produce this year alone. Since 2024, these gardens have provided more than 3,750 pounds of fresh food to local partners—a testament to what consistent, hands-on community support can achieve.

Continuing this spirit of growth, we expanded our Sowing Kindness initiative in 2025 by establishing new raised-bed gardens in Albany. Partnering with Troy Area United Ministries (TAUM), our volunteers built gardens that produced hundreds of pounds of vegetables, helping expand wholesome meal options for families across the Troy community.

Our commitment to environmental restoration also took shape on a larger scale. This year’s Earth Day marked another step forward in our reforestation efforts through our ongoing partnership with One Tree Planted. Following the devastating January 2025 wildfires in California—which burned more than 57,000 acres and tragically took dozens of lives—we committed to funding the planting of 1,000 trees to support the recovery of affected ecosystems and communities.

At the same time, we remained dedicated to revitalizing green spaces close to home. Our team in Buffalo continued this spirit of restoration by planting native, fruit-bearing pawpaw trees in partnership with Grassroots Gardens WNY. Planted near a future public square in a vibrant neighborhood filled with young families and New American communities, these trees will provide nourishment and shade for years to come.

As we reflect on this year, we’re incredibly proud of how our people have combined innovation, compassion, and expertise to make a meaningful difference. These initiatives are more than projects—they’re an extension of who we are and how we aspire to serve you each day.

On behalf of all of us at Mohawk Global, thank you for your trust, your collaboration, and your partnership. We look forward to supporting your goals and growing together in 2026.

Warm wishes for a healthy and successful new year.

Love,
Gar Grannell
Chief Executive Officer
