Syracuse, NY – Mohawk Global Logistics, a leading Customs broker and freight forwarder in the Northeast and Midwest, announces the expansion of the Executive Leadership Team with the appointment of Alicia Kirkby to the position of Chief People Officer (CPO).
Kirkby comes to Mohawk from Mower (formerly Eric Mower + Associates), a large, privately held advertising, marketing and public relations agency, where she was Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to that, she held senior human resource positions at top architectural/engineering companies, as Director of Human Resources for the C&S Companies and Human Resources Manager for Clough, Harbour & Associates, LLP.
Kirkby holds over 20 years of progressive experience in Talent Management. As Mohawk’s CPO, Kirkby drives initiatives in talent acquisition, overall employee experience, total rewards and culture development across Mohawk’s seven locations.
