The certification is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback collected through the organization’s annual Trust Index™ survey, in which 94% of Mohawk Global employees said the company is a great place to work, well above the U.S. average.
The annual Great Place To Work survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including employee trust in leadership, camaraderie among colleagues, pride in work, inclusivity, and overall employee experience. The certification is awarded to organizations that consistently foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing workplace culture.
