Carriers that service the Baltic and North European lanes have announced a General Rate Increase (GRI) effective April 1, 2017. The following amounts are all in USD and apply to all freight originating in Baltic and North European ports.
The following are the ports affected by this GRI:
Baltic
- Estonia: Tallin
- Poland: Gdansk, Gdynia, Szcezecin
- Russia: Arkhangelsk, Kalingrad, Kronstad, Saint Petersburg/Leningrad (CIS Port), Ust-Luga
- Lithuania: Klaipeda
- Latvia: Riga (CIS Port)
North Europe
- Belgium: Antwerp, Zeebrugge
- France: Bassens(Bordeaux), LeHavre, Dunkirk, La Pallice, La Rochelle, Montoir, Brest, Rouen
- Faroe Islands: Thorshavn
- Germany: Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Wilhelmshaven
- Ireland: Cork, Dublin
- Netherlands: Rotterdam
- United Kingdom: Belfast, Bristol, Felixstowe, Grangemouth, Liverpool, London (London Gateway Port), Southampton, Teesport, Thames Port, Tilbury, Tyne (South Shields)
General Rate Increase
- Applies to shipments moving from the origin ports listed above to all U.S. East Coast and Gulf ports
- Effective April 1, 2017
