Typhoon Chanthu is expected to hit Pudong, Shanghai and Qidong, Jiangsu and is forecasted to continue at full strength until September 16.
Vessel delays are expected in Shanghai and Ningbo ports, as well as side ports along the Yangtze Rivers. Over 80% of flights have been cancelled and railway transportation in both the Zhjiang and Jiangsu provinces have also been interrupted as a safety precaution.
