As Chief Operating Officer of Mohawk Global, John oversees US and Canadian logistics operations and US FMC compliance teams. He began his career as a delivery driver while at the University of Vermont, gaining firsthand appreciation for the dedication that keeps supply chains moving. Rising through the ranks, John credits his persistence—and the support of colleagues—for fueling his passion to develop people, enrich workplace culture, and create opportunities for others to grow.
Recognized as a builder and scale-up leader, John has launched and led multiple logistics start-ups, including a final-mile delivery network, an air freight forwarder, two NVOCCs, and a parcel hub with more than 3,000 employees. These experiences sharpened his ability to design scalable operations, foster high-performing teams, and expand services across global markets.
John also serves on the board of CONECT.org, lectures as a guest, and sits on the advisory board of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy Business School.
