Stephanie Rottman
With 11 years of experience in Duty Drawback, Stephanie Rottman helps MGTA clients maximize duty recovery opportunities while maintaining compliance with US Customs regulations. She assists companies in determining drawback eligibility, establishing comprehensive programs, and managing claim filings, audit preparation, and responses.
Her expertise covers all major drawback types, including Direct Identification Unused and Manufacturing, Substitution Unused and Manufacturing, and Destruction. Over the course of her career, she has worked with a diverse range of industries, including apparel, cosmetics, chemicals, and many others.
Stephanie earned her Duty Drawback Specialist (DBS) certification in 2016 through the Global Trade Academy (now part of E2Open) and actively participates in the NCBFAA Drawback Committee calls to stay informed on industry updates and regulatory developments.
