Terri Sandine is the Chief Technology Officer at Mohawk Global. Prior to her appointment as Chief Technology Officer, she held various roles such as, Vice President of IT, Application Development Manager, General Manager, and was previously Director of Information Systems for C.H. Robinson and Phoenix International.
Terri is a native from El Salvador and emigrated to the USA in the early 1980’s. She began her career as a Database Administrator at Plastron Corporation. Terri was later hired by Phoenix International, where she focused her first two years on learning the forwarding business by taking positions in both exports and imports as an Air, Ocean, and Imports Specialist. After three years in the business, she transferred to the IT department, where she was ready to apply her experience in operations and lead her team to transform those experiences into innovative technical solutions.
Terri has a B.S. in Computer Science from Universidad Centroamericana Jose Simeon Cañas (UCA), El Salvador, a degree in Management of Information Systems from Elmhust College and ACE Management, Innovation and Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management. She served as a board member at Trinity Lutheran School in Roselle, IL. When she is not at work, she spends time with her family volunteering at the local food pantry.
