The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has advised that it continues to experience delays in the transmission of outbound Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and eManifest messages. While inbound data is being received and processed normally, the release of outbound messages—including acknowledgements, reject messages, Release Notification System (RNS) updates, and completeness notices—remains delayed.

Although the underlying technical issue has been resolved, the residual impact is still affecting border operations. CBSA systems are currently working through a significant backlog of electronic messages, and this process is expected to continue over the next several days.
