The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has officially scheduled the implementation of phase VII of their Lacey Act enforcement for December 1, 2024. This latest announcement identifies the specific HTS codes that will require Lacey Act declarations by that date.

The list contains HTS codes from 26 chapters, which include various products such as wickerwork, leather, cutlery, footwear, umbrellas, vehicles, toys, boats, and more.
