The results are in—employees say that Mohawk Global is a Great Place To Work® for the 8th consecutive year! The recognition is based on anonymous feedback on the Trust Index® Employee Survey, which was distributed to all employees.

Gar Grannell, CEO & President of Mohawk Global said “I am once again very grateful to our Mohawk family for participating in this year’s survey. The participation and feedback inspire me to continue finding new ways to enrich our people. I could not be more proud of the culture that we have built together.” 

Mohawk Global continues to improve its overall survey score and maintain its participation level. The 2021 Trust Index Score was 96%, up 2% from last year. A total of 228 employees took the survey at a 97% participation rate. As a team, Mohawk Global emphasizes the importance of the participation rate, as it is an opportunity for employees to truly make a difference in the workplace culture.

Alicia Kirkby, Chief People Officer said “Our employees are the heartbeat of the company, our differentiator.  Listening to their thoughts and feelings is critical to our success collectively.  They are everything to us and we love them!”

The results of the survey are distributed to all employees and a volunteer group of committee members take a deeper dive into what the company is doing right and identify areas for improvement based on the survey feedback. The committee is inclusive of Mohawk employees throughout the company and covers all demographics. “This gives us the unique opportunity to gather perspectives and take action to help make Mohawk an even greater place to work,” Kirkby added.

Chris Beehner, Strategic Account Manager and leader of the Mohawk Global Great Place To Work committee, recognizes that the levels of feedback are impressive considering the shift in the workplace environment throughout the last year. “The changes have brought renewed challenges and opportunities for our company culture. This year’s survey results reflect the steady improvements we have made across the board,” Beehner said.

During committee discussions, solutions are brought forward to shift the feedback where needed. “The great leadership we receive from our H.R. team, as well as our Executive team, has made the improvements we discuss a reality. We look forward to taking your feedback and using it to continue to make this an even greater place to work. Thank you all very much!” Beehner added.
