The Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), Local 375, has given a 72-hour strike notice to the Maritime Employers Association (MEA) at the Port of Montreal beginning April 26, 2021 at 7am. All services provided by the union members at the port will stop except for Oceanex services, as they are deemed essential.
