The Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) has published a notice announcing further extensions of the existing Section 301 exclusions, which were set to expire on May 31, 2024.

Annex A and B, in the notice, state that all previous exclusions are extended until June 14, 2024, for a transition period. Annex C lists what exclusions were determined to be extended through May 31, 2025. Annex D is comprised of the product descriptions of the exclusions.

Importers are encouraged to reach out to their Mohawk Global representative or Mohawk Global Trade Advisors to get assistance understanding the exclusions. Mohawk Global can assist in reviewing import data to identify impacted HTS codes to help mitigate the impact of the new tariffs. Reach out today.
