As Senior Vice President, Branch Operations Jeff Parker is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations in import, export, and Customs brokerage; as well as serving as the liaison between Mohawk’s office branches and corporate headquarters. Jeff is passionate about providing a high level of customer service to the company’s logistics clients. He previously worked for DHL Global Forwarding, as District Manager, and Fritz Companies, as Export Manager. Jeff graduated from Nazareth College with a B.S. in Business Administration.
