Robyn Moore is Managing Consultant, Duty Drawback for Mohawk Global Trade Advisor. Prior to working in trade compliance consulting, Robyn spent time working closely with Customs on the northern border, helping truckers at the Canadian border process import entries. She also has past experience in retail management and assisting in inventory controls. Her expertise with drawback includes working on behalf of a prestigious cosmetic manufacturer and a luxury fashion designer. At Mohawk, Robyn is in charge of implementing and assisting in creating drawback programs for an array of clients. Robyn provides audit solutions to ensure record retention requirements and complete compliance with U.S. Customs rules and regulations regarding duty drawback. She trains sales staff in determining eligibility of duty drawback recovery, in addition to teaching and training U.S. Customs compliance for duty drawback clients.
