The GlobalLink Domestic Transportation Management System (TMS) offers a label printing feature. No longer will you have to create your own label, this feature allows you to easily print 5×7” pallet labels with your shipping information right from our TMS.
To get to the labels, first you click Loads on the home screen.
Once you are here, select Planned and In Transit from the drop-down menu. This will populate a list of your loads.
Then select the load you would like a pallet label for.
Go up to the Actions… drop down menu to get to Admin and then choose Manage Documents.
From here you can generate a label by choosing Shipping Label from the Output Template and then clicking Generate/Send.
You will be able to print the label from the generated PDF. The label indicates the shipper and consignee’s name, address and the reference numbers associated with your load.
