The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has extended 62 product exclusions out of 310 from list 1 and 17 product exclusions out of 86 from list 2 of Section 301. These extended exclusions are set to expire December 31, 2020.
The rest of the product exclusions—over 300 products—are not being extended and expire as of September 20, 2020, which means these products will incur the 25 percent additional tariff.
