The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has announced that it is extending 77 of 81 Section 301 exclusions of COVID-19 related products through September 30. The other four will expire at the end of May. Previously, all the exclusions had been scheduled to end May 15.

The products that will not be extended are

  • 3923.21.095, ethylene polymer sacks. The tariff will be 7.5%.
  • 5603.14.9090, other non-woven fabric, manmade. The tariff will be 25%.
  • 4818.90.0080, paper bed sheets. The tariff will be 7.5%.
  • 9004.90.0010 or 9004.90.0090, protective goggles. The tariff will be 10%, including the Section 301 tariff of 7.5%.
