The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has extended 266 product exclusions from list 3 of Section 301 to December 31, 2020.
The rest of the product exclusions—over 700 products—are not being extended and expire August 7, 2020, which means these products will incur the 25 percent additional tariff.
